Bengaluru, 4th November 2024 – Indian Accent New Delhi, the world’s pioneering modern Indian restaurant, will commemorate its 15th anniversary India tour with an exclusive pop-up event at ALBA, JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, on November 9 and 10, 2024. This limited-time event, led by Head Chef Hitesh Lohat, offers Bengaluru’s culinary enthusiasts a rare opportunity to experience Indian Accent’s inventive approach to Indian cuisine.

Renowned for its innovative approach on Indian food, Indian Accent blends traditional flavours with modern cooking techniques. The path-breaking contemporary Indian menu combines fresh seasonal produce and unusual ingredients from across the world to excite the adventurous yet satisfy traditional tastes and evoke nostalgia.

The specially curated menu for this pop up features delights such as tofu medu vadai, madras gunpowder, sambar cream; arbi galawat, crispy sevai, barberry chutney; ker sangar paneer, rajasthani papad kadhi; kashmiri morel mussalam, parmesan papad, green chilli cream to name a few. Non-vegetarian lovers can indulge in dishes such as kanyakumari crab, telicherry pepper; duck shaami, crispy sevai, barberry chutney; meetha achaar pork ribs, dried mango, sour apple and more. Desserts include daulat ki chaat, rose petal chikki, roasted almonds, doda barfi treacle tart, vanilla bean ice cream.

Each dish reflects Indian Accent’s signature blend of traditional Indian flavours with global techniques, masterfully brought to life by Chef Hitesh Lohat’s expertise and artistry.
