Noida: The Global Indian International School, Noida, lit up with festive joy as it hosted its much-awaited carnival – Christmas Wonderland—a grand celebration of holiday traditions from 11 countries where Global Schools Group is present! The event brought the magic of Christmas to life, drawing hundreds of visitors who came together to embrace the holiday spirit and enjoy a vibrant mix of culture, fun, and togetherness. The festivities began with an exciting Opening Ceremony, featuring a mesmerizing balloon release, a traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony and dazzling dance performances.
Distinguished guests, including Mr. Pramod Tripathi, Director-Academics, Global Schools Group and Mr. Naveen Pandey, Officers On Special Duty, Global Schools Group, joined the celebrations, making the event even more special. The day unfolded with an electric live band performance by Living Water, setting the tone for a day of merriment. This was followed by a spectacular lineup of dance, music, and instrumental performances, showcasing the incredible talents of GIIS Noida students and local artists.
Adding to the excitement, the carnival welcomed popular influencers like The MriDul and Pawan Yadav (aka Nazarbattu), who left the crowd in splits and engaged with their unique content. Later, Wellness Coach Shashank Sharma inspired the audience with a heartfelt session on mental health and the importance of a balanced lifestyle.
One of the highlights of the event was the global Christmas experience, with vibrant stalls representing different countries. Each stall offered a glimpse into unique holiday traditions, making it an immersive cultural journey. Visitors indulged in a delightful range of festive foods—from European treats to Indian sweets—and enjoyed fun games and activities for all ages. The carnival wasn’t just about food and fun—it was also a treasure trove for holiday shopping! Guests explored stalls filled with handmade crafts, Christmas-themed goodies, and unique gifts, adding to the festive charm.
Talented students and performers kept the energy high throughout the day, delivering spectacular music and dance performances that left the audience in awe.
