Mumbai, Mar 31: PharmEasy, one of India’s leading healthcare platforms, has rolled out its ‘On–time or Free’ (OTOF) campaign during the ongoing cricket season, aiming to drive awareness around its diagnostic services while addressing a key consumer concern—delays in sample collection. Adding to the season’s momentum, the platform is promoting its ‘Buy 1 Get 1 Free’ offer on full-body checkups, reflecting a simple idea: One Booking. Two Wins.
Starting March 28, the campaign will run until July across key high-impact platforms, including connected TV, mobile, and social media.
It builds on PharmEasy’s existing OTOF proposition, which assures users that if their sample is not collected within the scheduled time, they will receive up to ₹1500 in credits to their PharmEasy wallet.
Alongside this, the platform is introducing a ‘Buy 1 Get 1 Free’ offer on Full Body Health Checkups, along with FREE doctor consultations. The offer is designed to encourage users to opt for preventive health checkups not just for themselves, but also for their family members. PharmEasy users now have the chance to score double the care for the price of one.
As part of the campaign, PharmEasy has rolled out two films highlighting the ‘On–time or Free’ proposition. The films can be viewed here:
Commenting on the campaign, Gaurav Verma, Chief Business Officer, PharmEasy (API Holdings), said, “One of the common challenges people face with lab tests is the uncertainty around sample collection timings, especially when they are on an empty stomach and just wanting for the ordeal to get over. With our ‘On–time or Free’ promise, we continue to bring more reliability and convenience to this experience. With the added ‘Buy 1 Get 1 FREE’ offer, we are encouraging people to prioritise preventive health checkups for themselves and their loved ones. Regular checkups play a critical role in early detection, and accessible offers like these make it easier for more people to stay proactive about their health.”
The campaign targets a broad, mass audience, leveraging the ongoing cricket season to drive higher visibility and adoption of PharmEasy’s diagnostic services.
