Shaitani Rasmein Star Reyaansh Vir Chadha Discusses His Fitness Routine Despite a Busy Workload

Fitness is more than just a routine, it’s a way of life that transforms both the body and mind. It’s about finding strength, balance, and a sense of well-being in the hustle and bustle of daily life. Actor Reyaansh Vir Chadha, who plays the lead role of a Tantrik in Star Bharat’s popular show Shaitani Rasmein, recently shared his insights on fitness and how he manages to stay fit despite a tight schedule.

Reyaansh shared, “My fitness journey began back in my school days when I was deeply involved in sports. I’ve been a state-level cricketer from Delhi and also enjoyed playing basketball and other athletic activities. Fitness has always been a part of who I am. Over the years, I’ve evolved by learning and reading a lot about fitness. These days, with my packed shooting schedule, it’s challenging to find time for workouts, but I push myself to hit the gym three to four times a week. I focus on double body parts during these sessions, making the most of my time. Thankfully, I’ve been lucky to stay injury-free so far, which keeps me motivated to work harder.”

He further added, “Yoga has become my go-to fitness practice, especially Ashtanga yoga. It’s more than just a workout for me, it’s a way to stay grounded and mentally calm, especially during stressful times. The mind-body connection yoga fosters is incredible, and as an actor, it helps me stay flexible and in tune with myself. Fitness is now as essential to me as eating or breathing; it’s a lifestyle. It doesn’t just keep my body fit, it also sharpens my mind and uplifts my spirit. Yoga is my current favorite because it’s transformative on so many levels.”
